About Me

Welcome to my personal website! I’m currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of California, San Diego. Prior to this, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where I majored in Computer Science and Data Science. On the professional front, I am currently a software engineering intern at WeRide, having previously completed two internships focused on frontend development at SmartTwigs and Inspur Group. I am actively seeking full-time opportunities in Software Engineering, Frontend Development, and Full-stack Development.

In the past, I contributed to the frontend development of the HKUST Path Advisor, a university system designed to assist users in finding locations on campus. This project was spearheaded by Professor Raymond Wong at HKUST. My role involved enhancing the search engine algorithms by implementing error correction functionalities and utilizing string distance metrics, which significantly improved the accuracy and relevance of search results.

My Final Year Project, under the guidance of Professor Zhou Xiaofang, idelves into the realm of Graph Database and Software Development. The project’s primary focus is the creation of a visual query interface compatible with Neo4j. This interface empowers non-technical users to construct queries graphically and visualize the results.
